Channel Integration Terms of Service
The service
Channel Integration is a Sassly technical service that connects Sassly applications with third-party platforms. It is used through a Sassly application (for example Onix) and is not sold separately.
Connected accounts
- Only connect business accounts you own or manage with the owner's permission.
- You are responsible for the replies your team sends and must follow each platform's policies (e.g. Meta's 24-hour reply window, X automation rules, Google Play & App Store review policies).
- Platforms may change or restrict their APIs at any time; features may change accordingly.
Prohibited use
- Sending spam, bulk messages without the recipient's consent, or content that violates the law or platform policies.
- Creating fake reviews or interactions.
- Attempting to access accounts or data belonging to others.
Termination
You can disconnect an account at any time from your Sassly application or from the platform's settings. We may stop connections that violate these terms or platform policies.
